Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
F1 Internal Circuit Error High A cooking zone does not respond to power adjustment and remains cold. View F2 Over-Temperature Trip High A cooking zone turns off suddenly while food is being prepared. View F3 Sensor Open Circuit Medium The affected zone does not heat when selected, while other zones work normally. View F4 Pan Detection Error Low The element begins to heat but shuts off within seconds and displays F4. View F5 EEPROM Error High No cooking zone responds to controls after the error appears. View F6 Element Overheated High The element powers down mid-cooking, especially during prolonged high-heat use like searing or boiling. View F7 NTC Sensor Failure Medium A cooking zone drops to low power or turns off while cooking at high heat. View F9 Power Supply Error High One or two elements may work but attempting to use additional elements triggers the error. View F47 Induction Comm Error Medium The display acknowledges touch input but the selected cooking zone produces no heat. View HOT Hot Surface Warning Low The display shows "HOT" or an H indicator for 30-60 minutes after an element is turned off. View LOC Control Lock Active Low None of the cooking zones activate regardless of which zone is selected or what power level is set. View PF Power Failure Low The cooktop shows PF blinking on the display after electricity is restored. View U6 Communication Error High Touching any element control on the glass surface has no effect — no element activates. View
